Capacity Building

To strengthen the knowledge and skills of farming communities, our organization conducts a variety of capacity-building programs focused on sustainable and climate-resilient agriculture. Farmers receive training on soil and water conservation, traditional farming practices, fisheries, integrated pest management, and both Kharif and Rabi cropping techniques. They are also supported through demonstrations on vermicomposting and organic manure preparation, along with guidance on soil nutrient management. Additionally, specialized training on Lac cultivation helps farmers diversify their income sources. Through these comprehensive capacity-building efforts, we aim to empower farmers with practical solutions that improve productivity, sustainability, and economic resilience.
